Can I pay with cheque or cash?

TinTac does not accept personal cheques. If you want to pay with cash you will have to go to a store that stocks TinTac bags.

What are my payment options?

TinTac accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Maestro debit cards via PayPal.

When will I receive my order?

TinTac uses Securicor exclusively in the UK. Note: Orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will ship within the next 2 days. Items ordered on the weekend or after 12 noon will not ship until the following weekday - the distribution centre is closed weekends and holidays.

Within the UK orders usually take 2 days from shipping to delivery. Outside the UK orders take around 7-10 days to deliver.

Does TinTac keep my credit card information?

No. after your credit card is approved, TinTac’s computer system generates an authorization number. At this point your credit card information is erased and the system only recognizes the authorization number.
