How do I return my TinTac product?
Unused merchandise ordered through our website may be returned for any reason within 2 days of receipt and received by us within 5 days of despatch by you. Please ensure that the merchandise is in new condition with all labels and tags attached and enclose the original invoice otherwise we will not accept the return. When your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method less shipping charges.
Please enclose your packing slip and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Please allow one or two statements tor your credit to appear. If paying via PayPal, credits will be made via PayPal.
TinTac recommends that you use a carrier such as UPS for your package, one that can provide tracking information (for your protection and to insure delivery). TinTac will not be responsible for lost. damaged, illegible. or misdirected mail.
